However, Marmet’s time to shine began when he founded his own design firm, Nicky Marmet Design. The firm specializes in both residential and commercial properties, offering services that include restoration, remodeling, furniture design, and art curation.

Besides working with Iron Man, Marmet’s other life highlight is being in a relationship with actress Robin Tunney, who is notoriously famous for playing Teresa Lisbon in the famous TV Show, The Mentalist.

They have been engaged since December 25, 2012, when they were on vacation in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
This was actually Marmet’s second proposal attempt; the first one occurred at a beach in Bahia. Don’t worry, Nicky wasn’t rejected at the time, but Tunney was actually too ill to accept the ring.
Okay, we get what you’re thinking about. Who can be too ill to accept a ring? It’s literally a matter of saying yes and having the ring placed on your hand. What could go wrong? So sick that you end up throwing up?
Ironically, that’s exactly what Tunnely did! She threw up on him when he was about to propose!
Tunnely had Dengue Fever at the time, a condition often associated with high fever and…vomiting! Our guess is that she barely had it contained, but the proposal shook off whatever control she had left on it, and the butterflies came out. Literally.

Although the official date of their marriage has not been found on social media, according to Robin’s updated Instagram posts, it can be seen that the two are married and have two children. She often updates her happy life on social media.
